Ineffable explores the diverse world of contemporary textless choral works in an attempt to create a concert arc that is both recognizable in its progression of moods, yet challenging to our assumptions about the nature of meaning in music. The centerpiece of the program is Alan Ridouts magnificent 2nd Concerto for Cello and Voices. This program also features works by Arvo Pärt, Sarah Hopkins, Frederick Delius, Jehan Alain, Ennio Morricone, Jake Runestad, Stephen Hatfield, Hyo-Won Woo, and Jaakko Mäntyjärvi.
(UPDATED 6/22): vaccination and/or proof of vaccination will no longer be required, per facility guidelines. We do ask that audience members please mask for the duration of the concert.
